Application: Wrists, ears, under nose, back of neck, add to bath water and dilute with massage oil to rub on the back.  For insomnia apply to navel, legs and neck.  Diffuse to assist in calming active or hard to manage children or adults.  Just by diffusing has assisted people coming off drugs.  Traveling with small children put 10 drops in a 2 oz spray bottle, add water, shake and spray around the car (it does miracles). Great to diffuse.
